21 Paz is a series of graphic peace symbols co-created with Midjourney V5.2. Each composition uses 1 or more generative ai “layers” created using a variation of the prompt, “Minimal icon logo of an experimental Chicano peace sign, black-and-white”

Originally designed by Gerald Holtom as the logo for the British Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND), the peace symbol is comprised of the semaphore signals N and D connected by a circle. Chicano (masculine form) is an ethnic identity for Mexican Americans that emerged from the Chicano Movement.
